Only once in (most) humans’ life cycle is there a day in which the amount of times the earth cycles it’s master becomes equal to the designated day of the month which that person first breathed oxygen–whence they were pulled from their womb-shielded existence, introduced into the cruel yet fruitful plain called life.
In this overcast Bangkok Friday, the 25th day of the seventh Gregorian month, the Siamerican Wanderer gratefully announces that he has successfully accomplished life into his 25th year of of Earth existence–completely in tact yet hardly unscathed–diligently entwined in a forward-guided, hindsight conscious path of learning love and remembering the riches and routes to be retained by the retina.
To be able to say that one is a quarter century old surfaces a question regarding such a benchmark for many a citizen: Now that one has successfully appeased the powers that be for their first 25, how does one see the coming quarter century to be, or two and even three plus for that matter?
For the SW, the answer is clear and simple: Alive, breathing, and without chains weighting down his momentum in whatever project and purpose he is devoted to at the future point in time, soon to become present, and no slower, a memory fading into the past of one human’s tree.
Born in 83, he yearns to be able to boast 83 more years from this point, when he can successfully complete 9 Sacred cycles of 12, achieving the 108th year, a true accomplishment allowing for the capacity for monumental influence if not mere witness to the evolutionary path of human-kind in the 21st century.
Here’s to a prosperous and fruitful 25 more, the next benchmark!
