So Long September 2010

It’s been seven waning moons since it was full last. Now represents the Thai lunar calendar’s tenth month proceeding some two thousand five hundred and fifty three years since the time of the Buddha, or by conventional calendars, , the Siamerican’s first and sole posting marks the last day of September of the 10th year past the common era’s (i.e. C.E. / A.D.) second millennium. Confused yet?

Times are a’ changing, have changed, and will continue to change without delay—one thing I’d put my money on if I had any wagers.
Here’s a brief update of my recent and present activities: Finished my last two of four midterm exams today. Yesterday I wrote my other two exams, all four of which were conducted in the special ‘exam scheduling conflicts’ room 241 of Bangkok University’s City Campus. Ah, and the professional life is taking a transition halt now. Tuesday the 28th was my last day teaching up at this primary school here in Rangsit. After the second half of the Uni semester commences late October, I will be focusing on completing my final two and a half months of this Communications degree.

As for the lowest tiers of Maslow’s Pyramid of Needs, the plan is do get by on freelance writing wages via a project I’ve been working in my part time hours over the last several months. Stay tuned for more details; in the mean time enjoy the images from the last month:
