Lately, the SW had been considering purchasing a new digital camera. With the advancement of technology, logic dictated that the SW consider a nice camera-phone instead; For the same price, one can have an overly-sufficient digital phone, camera, web browser, GPRS internet modem, video recorder, mp3 player, game machine–an overall dynamic multi-media super tool all in one compact device.

And so, the SW was sold on the Nokia 7610 Supernova slide phone for about 8500 baht with interest at Tesco Lotus, On Nut branch in Bangkok, using Aeon credit system to finance it in 10 month payment plan (about 240 $USD)

Weighing just 99 grams, its size specs are 98 by 48 by 15 mm. As one can see from the pics (taken with Nokia 2630 cam-phone), the Nokia 7610 Supernova is compact and trendy. What it lacks in size, makes up in its functionality. Featuring a 3.2 megapixel camera with flash, 8x digital zoom,  640 x 480 MP4 video recorder with sound, its convenience to capture time and priceless moments makes the price well worth it.

To ensure sufficient data storage, 7610 Supernova allows up to 64 megabytes internal memory storage and the option of Micro SD card up to 2 Gigabytes–which the SW also purchased for less than 200 baht (5.7 $USD). Four preinstalled games include Golf, Snake 3, Soduko, and Seasweeper (similar to Minesweeper), though may vary by region.

The SW is indeed satisfied at the moment and will report any changes–decrease or increase–in satisfication within time.
